OUR STORY
History of the firm
The IR Studio was founded to fill a critical gap in investor relations. While many IROs excel at managing established IR functions, few specialize in building them from the ground up, particularly before high-stakes events like public listings, when getting it right matters most.
With firsthand experience navigating IPOs, spin-offs, and other complex corporate situations, including M&A, activist campaigns, and pre-bankruptcy restructuring and workouts, we recognized the necessity for a partner capable of both advising and building scalable systems tailored to each company’s unique story and objectives.
The IR Studio was founded on this vision, with a commitment to hands-on execution and building lasting value for our clients.
